Oracal 631 is a intermediate calendared vinyl used for indoor wall signage/graphics. Has excellent stability and very good cutting and application characteristics. This series features a water-based temporary adhesive that will not harm your wall when removed*.

*Allow freshly painted walls to dry for at least 3 weeks before applying any adhesive graphics. it is recommended to apply on semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint and if possible to avoid matte latex paints.

Siser HTV's are an industry leader in HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). Can be used in most all vinyl cutters from the hobbyist Cricut and Silhouette cutters to commercial cutters found in most sign shops. Graphics need to be mirror cut to prevent the image from being reversed once applied to the garment.

Heat Press Instructions

• Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet
• PreHeat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 305°F/150°C
• Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
• If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10 seconds
• Peel carrier hat or cold

Laundering

• Wait 24 hours before first wash
• Turn garment inside out
• Do not bleach
• Machine wash warm or cold/mild detergent
• Dry on normal dryer setting
• Do not dry clean
• Please also consider your garment wash/dry instructions. These instructions only apply to the material.

You can view the status of your order under your account page. You will see a "Fulfillment Status" for each of your orders. If the order has shipped, it will say "Fulfilled" next to the order and you will see a tracking number on the order page.

To track your order, please do the following.

1. Sign In to your account.
2. Find your order number in the list of orders.
3. If the order says "Fulfilled" for a status, then it has been packaged and is either awaiting pickup from the carrier or has been shipped.
4. Select your order number form the list of orders.
5. You will see your tracking number on your invoice. Click the tracking number to get a live tracking status.

If you have not received your order then please do the following.

1. Sign in to your account and verify that your order has been packaged (Says "Fulfilled" for Fulfillment status) and shows a tracking number when you view the order. 
2. Click the tracking number on the order to ensure carrier shows it as delivered.
   
3. If carrier tracking shows package as delivered, then contact the carrier or talk with your postal carrier to ensure they did deliver it to the correct address.
4. If you still have problems locating your order, then please contact us.

If you received your order and it is missing parts, then please try the following. 

1. Sign in to your account
2. Select the correct order from the order list and open it (click order number).
3. Verify that all items show as "Fulfilled".
4. If all item show as "Fulfilled" and all packages show as "Delivered" then please contact us.

If you placed and order and would like to cancel it, please do the following.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
3. If the order shows as "Packaged" or "Fulfilled", then there may be a 20% restocking fee and/or the refund may be minus the original shipping cost as the order has already been packaged and/or shipped. If order has been shipped, then we will not be able to cancel the order until it is returned to us. You are responsible for all return shipping cost. Please see Returns Policy for more information on this.

If your order contains any chemicals (i.e. Activator or Paint)

• UPS Sure Post - These orders ship from our facility via UPS Ground. UPS will deliver the package to your local post office and USPS will make the actual delivery to you. Chemicals and film may ship separate. If you need them shipped together then please select UPS Ground as your shipping method.
