Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before return is shipped back to us. Returned items may incur a 20% restocking fee unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective. This is decided per our judgement based on the reason for the return and you will be notified if the 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return.
Damaged Product: If you receive and item damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Photos of the damages to product and packaging along with a photo of the shipping label and your order number can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are NOT responsible for packaged that are stolen/missing after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were shipped and must be in the original sealed packaging as it were shipped.
Hydro Film: Must be in sealed, unopened poly tubing to be accepted for a return / refund. Partial amounts of film are not accepted for any return / refund. Must be of the same size roll that was shipped to you.
Chemicals Due to this product being a consumable, no returns / refunds are accepted unless wrong item was shipped to you.
Film Books / Collections Due to the nature of this product, no returns / refunds are accepted unless wrong item was shipped to you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days. It may take more time for the credit to show on your payment source. This is out of our control and based on your payment source provider policies and operations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time beforeyour refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale priced items are refunded to the amount of purchase shown on your receipt (less any fees if applicable).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your paid a shipping fee in which case the the refund will be minus the shipping cost paid..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning products. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot issue or complete returns/refunds for items that we do not receive back.
