BASIC SHIPPING INFO
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- All orders placed before 8:00 am CST will be processed same business day.
- Any order placed after 8:00 am CST will be processed the following business day.
- Large/bulk orders may require an additional 1 business day to process.
- Special order designs are excluded from the same or next business day processing policies.
All items are shipped to the information you the buyer provide when placing an order. We are not responsible for any packages not delivered due to improper shipping information being submitted when purchasing. Should we receive the item back due to the wrong shipping information being submitted, you are responsible for additional shipping fee's.
All orders are processed in the order they are placed. Most orders are processed and shipped out within one(1) business day (excluding weekends & holidays). Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at time of purchase along with being uploaded to your account (if registered). Ensure the address provided at time of checkout is accurate and correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages or packages shipped to or delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of checkout. In the even the package is returned to us for being deemed undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, you the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping cost (see above rates for shipping cost). If you decide to cancel the order rather than having it re-shipped, then we will follow policies outlined in our return policy.
Economy & Free Economy Shipping:
- Valid on addresses in US continental 48 only.
- Free for orders over $99 (excluding shipping and taxes).
- Free Economy Shipping method must be selected at checkout.
Same Business Day Shipping:
- Orders must be placed before 8:00 am CST.
- Excludes weekends and holidays.
Important International Information
You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties/taxes on your international purchase. We do not cover these unless it has been arranged and agreed upon before purchase.
*NOTE: International orders may incur a safe payment verification before order is processed. This can take up to 48 hours (2 business days) and is to help prevent fraudulent purchases.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Hydro Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays including local delivery errors or customs problems.
Some items are restricted or prohibited from being shipped/imported, either by a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or by a country, state or region. Due to this, some items a limited to where they can be shipped too. Below is a what you will see when viewing a product if the item has any restrictions.
Items marked with "International Limited" are unable to be shipped to specific countries and/or areas.
Items marked with "US48 Only" are unable to be shipped anywhere outside of the US continental 48 states.
RECEIVING - DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
When you receive your package, inspect the exterior for damage(s) along with the contents for any damages or missing products. Unpack the contents in the presence of the carrier for added security in damage claims. Should you find any missing products, note this on all/any delivery receipts and call us at (217) 679.0478.
Upon receiving you package if should you find any products to be damaged, do NOT dispose of any packaging or materials. Please take photos and note any damages you find to both, the packaging (exterior) and to the product(s) (inside) in all/any delivery receipts
For all loss and/or damage cases, a claims must be filed within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
