BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION


BASIC SHIPPING INFO

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • All orders placed before 10:00 am CST will be processed same business day.
  • Any order placed after 10:00 am CST will be processed the following business day.
  • Large/bulk orders may require an additional 1 business day to process. 
  • Special order designs are excluded from the same or next business day processing policies.

All items are shipped to the information you the buyer provide when placing an order. We are not responsible for any packages not delivered due to improper shipping information being submitted when purchasing. Should we receive the item back due to the wrong shipping information being submitted, you are responsible for additional shipping fee's.

All orders are processed in the order they are placed. Most orders are processed and shipped out within one(1) business day (excluding weekends & holidays). Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at time of purchase along with being uploaded to your account (if registered). Ensure the address provided at time of checkout is accurate and correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages or packages shipped to or delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of checkout. In the even the package is returned to us for being deemed undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, you the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping cost (see above rates for shipping cost). If you decide to cancel the order rather than having it re-shipped, then we will follow policies outlined in our return policy.


SPECIAL ORDER HYDRO FILM

May take 6-10 business days before item is shipped. These films are not in stock but are requested from our manufacturers once you make the order. For this reason, all sales of special order films are final and cannot be canceled.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Economy & Free Economy Shipping:

  • Valid on addresses in US continental 48 only.
  • $7.95 flat rate for orders under $99 (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Free for order over $99 (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Free Economy Shipping method must be selected at checkout.
  • Non-chemical orders will ship via the most cost effective shipping method available.
  • Chemical orders will be shipped UPS Sure Post.

    Same Business Day Shipping:

    • Orders must be placed before 10:00 am CST.
    • Excludes weekends and holidays.

    Chemicals:

    All chemical products are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Surepost. Chemicals cannot be shipped via USPS or UPS Next Day/Two Day shipping. If you would like your entire order shipped via UPS then you will need to select UPS as shipping method during checkout.


    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Important International Information

    You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties/taxes on your international purchase. We do not cover these unless it has been arranged and agreed upon before purchase.

    *NOTE: International orders may incur a safe payment verification before order is processed. This can take up to 48 hours (2 business days) and is to help prevent fraudulent purchases.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Hydro Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays including local delivery errors or customs problems.


    RECEIVING - DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

    Receiving

    When you receive your package, inspect the exterior for damage(s) along with the contents for any damages or missing products. Unpack the contents in the presence of the carrier for added security in damage claims. Should you find any missing products, note this on all/any delivery receipts and call us at (217) 679.0478.

    Damaged shipments

    Upon receiving you package if should you find any products to be damaged, do NOT dispose of any packaging or materials. Please take photos and note any damages you find to both, the packaging (exterior) and to the product(s) (inside) in all/any delivery receipts

    Claims

    For all loss and/or damage cases, a claims must be filed within 3 business days  from the date of delivery.
